Oh Friend, Do You Love Jesus?

This is from Ikat Bag. She doesn't provide a heart pattern, so I included one here. I like how she did it better than me, but am still happy with it. In the current program, the children wave these around while singing the song "Oh Friend Do You Love Jesus?", but they could be used for many songs. I want to make Ikat Bag's sun wands as well.

You can get sticks for the wands in packs of 20, I think, from dollar stores. Of course you can just buy doweling from home improvement stores instead.

Fish

Cut one of felt. Sew on white and black circles for the eye (I just put an eye on one side of the felt because I'm lazy). Using a scallop stitch, create fins on the fish. Pin this piece on to another piece of the felt and sew together, except for the back fin end of the fish. Cut out. Stuff. Sew fin lines into the back fin. This will keep the stuffing inside. Cut a scallop pattern into the end of the fish.
